FAQs
Q: I have a QCitizen ID. Can I claim the Free Day Pass Ticket?
A: Yes, absolutely! Just present your QCitizen ID at the special registration booth to claim your Free Day Pass Ticket. QCitizen ID holders, along with pre-registered guests and Gamer’s Pass holders, have dedicated lanes. We highly encourage you to apply for a QCitizen ID for faster entry — so you can jump straight into the fun!
Q: Do I need a physical copy of my QCitizen ID? Will a digital version work?
A: Either one works! You may present a physical or digital version of your QCitizen ID.
Q: I’m a QC resident with a QCitizen ID and I bought multiple tickets for friends/family. Can I just present my own ID to claim all tickets?
A: Unfortunately, no. Each person must present their own QCitizen ID to claim their Free Day Pass Ticket. You cannot claim tickets as a QC resident for non-QC residents.
Q: I’m a QC resident but don’t have a QCitizen ID. Can I still get a Free Day Pass?
A: Yes! Just present any valid proof of QC residency — such as an ID or utility bill with your name and Quezon City address.
Q: I’m a minor and a QC resident. Can I still claim the Free Day Pass?
A: Yes! If you attend a school in QC, just present your school ID.
If you live in QC but attend school elsewhere, a parent or guardian may present their own QCitizen ID or proof of QC residency to claim your pass.
Q: How do I register for a QCitizen ID?
A: Register online at the Quezon City Government website:

Voter’s ID (with QC address)
-
Government-issued ID (with QC address)
-
Utility bill (with your name and QC address)
Q: When and where can I claim my Free Day Pass Ticket?
A: At the QC Residents Ticket Booth on the day of the event.
Q: I’m not a QC resident. How can I get a ticket?
A: You can purchase a Non-QC Resident Day Pass Ticket for just ₱50, or get the Gamer’s Express Pass (good for all four days) for ₱1,000.
Q: I registered for one day, but want to attend more. Is my pass still valid?
A: A Day Pass is only valid for the day it was registered or purchased. If you want to attend multiple days, please register for each day separately.
