We express our sincere appreciation for your continued loyalty. As a token of our gratitude, we are pleased to announce the launch of our newest loyalty program, effective February 1, 2025.
How does it work? Customers who purchase from our stores and gaminglib.com earn loyalty rewards on all fulfilled transactions. The more you buy, the higher your tier and the cooler the perks you unlock! Please refer to the table reference below.
How do you join? All online customers are automatically included after you register and make a purchase from our website. When purchasing at the store, make sure that you inform our store staff that you wish to join the program. You will be asked to fill up an online form. Upon submission, you can show the confirmation message to our staff so that they can include your purchases under your new GL Loyalty Rewards Membership.
What do I get? Brace yourselves for a lot of new rewards! Customers will enjoy discounts on all future orders based on total spend. Check out the table below to see how you can unlock incredible perks and discounts:
What will happen to my existing account starting February 1, 2025?
-All existing accounts from Bronze Tier to Sapphire Tier will be automatically upgraded to a new "PLATINUM TIER" with a 5% discount on all future purchases of Boardgames, GL Merchandise, Accessories, and Ticketed Events. See other special perks per tier as shown above.
-All existing accounts from Titanium Tier to Platinum Tier will be automatically upgraded to a new "Diamond Tier" with a 10% discount on all future purchases of Boardgames, GL Merchandise, Accessories, and Ticketed Events. See other special perks per tier as shown above.
-All previous membership codes/numbers/tags will be deactivated. A NEW CODE WILL BE SENT TO YOU. Check your registered email accounts, including the SPAM folder to ensure you receive notifications from us. If you do not receive any email about your new code by end of February 2025—or when you are about to make a new purchase, whichever comes first—please send us a message using the website chat prompt, Facebook chat, or send an email to gaminglib.customerservice@gmail.com.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- There should only be one account per person. Duplicate accounts prior to the re-launch on February 1, 2025 should have been merged.
- You may not share your personal code with other members. Sharing of this code will result in automatic suspension and all discounts lost.
- GL Loyalty discount cannot be combined with other promos. The bigger discount will always be applied.
- The GL Loyalty discount code must be applied upon check out. No code, no discount.
- The GL Loyalty Rewards Program (purchase accumulation) can be used for pre-orders and crowdfunded games, upon full payment.
- Purchases in Shopee and Lazada Gaming Library Stores do not count towards this promo. (Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada are in different systems)
